2. Notice for Shipping
- Shipping to P.O Box, APO, FPO and DPO is not possible, because some beauty items may contains alcohol as an ingredient.
- When a parcel is returned to MYKOCO due to incorrect shipping information, we can only refund product cost, excluding shipping cost. So, please check the shipping information one more time.
- When a parcel is returned to MYKOCO due to unclaimed parcel, we can only refund product cost, excluding shipping cost. So, please check the shipping information one more time.
- If a parcel does not reach a customer within 45 days of shipping, we regard it as missing. In this case, we can fully refund.

Customs Issue

1. Customs Tax & Issue
Customers are fully responsible for any of customs related issues, such as customs taxes, import taxes, value added taxes, administration fee, warehousing fee, whatever related with customs. Customs issues vary by countries so that customers may need to contact local customs office in advance to avoid potential problems.
2. Customs Refusal
MYKOCO is not responsible for packages refused by customs, despite of any reasons including denial to pay tax, banned importing items, and any other customs related issues. Also, when refused package returns to MYKOCO, we are not responsible to ship it out again. However, we inform our customers that we receive the package from your custom office and if customers are willing to pay the shipping cost again, we would send the goods again. To refund and exchange will not be performed by MYKOCO for any of customs related issues.

Return & Refund Policy

1. Cancel & Change
To cancel or change an order is possible, ONLY before MYKOCO ship out your parcel. After delivery, it’s impossible to cancel or change your order. Also, exchanging products is not possible even for any reasons.
2. Return & Refund
- When a customer just don’t want items
The customer can return and get refund, only if
a. within 7 days after receiving the package
b. unopened and unused product
c. customer have responsibility to pay shipping cost for return
- Defective or Wrong items
The customer can get full refund for the defective or wrong items, only if
a. within 7 days after receiving the package
b. unopened and unused product
c. customer should send us picture or video as proof
- Unclaimed Return
When a parcel is returned to MYKOCO due to unclaimed parcel, we can only refund product cost, excluding shipping cost.
- Return Due to Incorrect Shipping Information
When a parcel is returned to MYKOCO due to incorrect shipping information, we can only refund product cost, excluding shipping cost.
- Return Due to Customs Refusal
To return and exchange will not be performed by MYKOCO for any of customs related issues. We can only ship it out again when a customer are willing to pay the shipping cost again. Please contact local customs office in advance to avoid problems.
- Missing Parcel
If a parcel does not reach a customer within 45 days of shipping, we regard it as missing. In this case, we can fully refund.
